Please do not bring any prohibited items to the event. They will not be allowed in. Any other items considered to be inappropriate and/or dangerous may be prohibited and are at the discretion of the on-site security, UC Irvine PD, and SGSM Staff.

Before using any device — including cellphones, cameras, or smart eyewear — you must ask and receive permission from anyone who may appear in your frame, whether they are the main subject or in the background. This applies to people’s personal moments and their creative offerings alike.
By attending Aldrich Park After Dark, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. Your presence here constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your image in connection with Student Government Student Media. Media may be featured on websites, social media, print, and advertising. By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
A valid UC Irvine ID is required for event entrance—NO EXCEPTIONS. The ONLY valid ID accepted is your physical ID card, or the digital wallet ZotPass (ZotPass info coming soon). NO OTHER ID’s ACCEPTED! If you choose the ZotPass option, it MUST have a photo attached to it, or you will not be admitted.
Waivers must be completed before getting your ID swiped at the event entrance.
Gates will open at 4PM, and the event will be from 5pm – 9PM.
No. this event will only be open to UC Irvine undergraduate students. Tickets are not available for purchase.
This event is funded with fees undergraduates pay, not graduate students.
No. There is strictly no re-entry.
There will be some snacks available for purchase. However, we recommend eating prior to the event as no outside food or drink will be allowed.
To help ensure everyone has a safe experience, we encourage students to travel light. Students are welcome to bring one clear bag equal to or smaller than 12″ x 6″ x 12″. All bags are subject to search.

Lost items will be sent to the Water tent during the event. Any lost items not claimed by the end of the night will be turned into UC Irvine PD.
